We cannot condone murder and violence and still claim we are a Christian nation!!
These deaths and acts of violence will come back and haunt the nation!
We cannot pursue our interest through violence and conflict.
We must at least attempt to follow the principles of peace and humanitarian efforts that are in alignment with our religious convictions.
To do any thing less is A denial of our religious claims and belief system!
Violence in any form and for any reason is harmful to ALL!

Several months ago there was celebration at the death of Osama Bin Laden .
Now we are mourning the deaths of Navy Seals at the hands of the Taliban fighters in the middle east.

We must be able to see that violence always escalates and continues one death is one death too many.
When will the world learn that there are no winners when the use of violence is encouraged. Retribution and revenge is the only response to violent acts.
Someone has to say enough.

We cannot claim to follow the teachings of a peaceful God (Jesus Christ) and
celebrate the murder of anyone!
If we claim to be a peaceful nation and use violence and murder to serve our self interest then we counterfeit the claim to be followers of a peaceful God. This reflects a very serious flaw in our ethical principles and will indicate to all that the use of violence and murder is okay.
To celebrate the death and suffering of any human being is contrary to most religious traditions. These moments of gleeful jubilant celebration will impact negatively on the entire global community. This is NOT a joyful moment in human history.
It is a regression to perhaps Global conflict.
Until we learn how to create and then celebrate peaceful outcomes to conflicts of interest we are still in the stone age of our evolution as human beings.
We should all pray for peace.

We are witnessing the increase justification of the use of violence to solve problems in the global community!
The world is standing around and watching the increase suffering of the people of the Middle East in hopes that there will be a end to the conflicts.
This is only the beginning of the suffering if there are not efforts to create peaceful reconciliation among the opposing interests in these nations.
Where are all the ARMS coming from? Various religious nations around the world do a brisk and successful business in arms sales using the antiquated concept of munitions upgrade and national security as a excuse to sale weapons in the name of peace.

If we do not learn how to teach peace we will see the same violence escalate around the world.

The hatred and anger among the so called loving religious communities is growing day by day. Religious communities are advocating hate and violence toward people different from their own. Those that do not advocate violence simply say "let those that are violent kill each other" which is as violent as doing the deed yourself.
We need a new consciousness that will awaken us to peace.

The new age of violence in western culture suggests that there are nations that deserve to be eliminated just because they do not agree with the method of development that major industrial global communities reflect.
It seems that we are determined to be at war with
every one that does not agree with our notions of progress.
This means that we will be at war in the global community

As we continue to grow into a urban global community conflict and resistance will rise and we will continue to attempt to solve problems by making every one act and be like us.

we will see a growing use of violence to serve the traditional interest of these industrialized communities.
We will also see a pattern of the use of violence to serve the interest of all global industrial communities.
What is important here is the over used and error premise used to support the rationale for violence in these environments.
Until we begin to redefine our goals and objectives using more peaceful solutions violence in this global community will escalate.
The developing industrial communities have no choice but to copy the behaviors of the global leaders. To find peace in our time we must seek better and more peaceful solutions regarding our collective interest as human beings.

we have to be very careful when we produce such films as the recent block buster Avatar.
Consider the age old story of the young recruit coming to the aid of the "Savages"
and falling in love with the native princess.
These plot lines are familiar if we only take a closer look at the patterns of neo colonial exploitation of other cultures for their minerals. From Blood Diamonds
to Three kings Holly wood is all about enforcing the notion that the natives need saving and the military training to use high technological weaponry to save the day.
We spread our violence through this kind of story line and we keep the "Savage" nations in the weapons market place looking for the next HALO HERO.

Violence will continue to be a constant reality in this culture.

Please understand this issue in American culture.
Violence will continue to be a part of our culture.
Violence will continue to increase and evolve in its sophistication in this society because this society uses the threat of violence and violence to acquire its interest. Please do not confuse the issue when you consider why there is so much violence in this culture .It is in fact a way of life and to some extent we celebrate the use of violence every day.
It will not stop until we review seriously our way of life and consider a fundamentally different way of interaction with regard to our individual and collective self interest.
Do not be surprised at the mob action within our urban schools like Fenger High.
That type of violence has been happening for a very long time.
The only reason why it getting the attention of the nation is because somebody put it on You Tube.
It was that violent when our president was living in Hyde Park and it is still that violent now that he is in the White house.
It is a systemic issue that will not change until we change.

mentality in our society. The recent success of Gladiatorial games like Ultimate Fighter and the hundreds of video games devoted to violence and destruction of the opponent has created a warrior caste within the western industrial society.
These individuals seek only to resolve conflict with violence.Peace making is seen as anti social. Athletes are also given the opportunity to express themselves in a violent nature.We have to also consider Foot Ball (American Version) and Basketball as possible expressions of violence in team play.

I know its hard to understand or believe but there are athletic competitions that have no physical contact or the contact is non violent.We must consider how our society is being socialized into violence!.

It is amazing that we can spend trillions of dollars on guns and bombs ,yet complain at the slightest attempt at peace in this world.
The war mongers in all of the so called major religions all bow to the Gods of war and we the great silent masses allow our children to be devoured by the the greed and injustice of a few psychotic people who are killing millions in the name of peace.
There is no other concern that is as important than the bringing to end the violence and conflict that shadows humanity in this broken facade called "civilization".

We ought to spend trillions on health care, food or housing the impoverished in this world,instead we buy bombs and guns and claim that violence is the only way to true peace in this world.
We cannot live in a world that is armed and fearful of one another.
We must demand peace in our lifetime before there is no world to live in.
All the world leaders need to begin to speak to one another about the only thing that matters PEACE!

The latest reports show a increase in violence in American culture and society.
In just the last few days both civilian and law enforcement communities have be struck with tragic occurrences. Each of the communities reflect growth in the terror of violent response to the stresses of this culture and society.
We must begin to seriously consider the outcomes of this growth in violence and terror in our culture. We must not consider this activity as the normal behavior in American social structure.This is a uniquely pervasive response to a unusual time in our culture.

When will it end? When will the world learn that life is a precious and sacred thing within the multiverse.
Last week end several children were gunned down in the inner city of Chicago.
We can march all day and night and it will not stop this violence that seems to be rooted in our DNA. This violence is so pervasive that we no longer even consider living in the world without violence!!

I refuse to accept that we were created for this kind of mayhem and havoc.
We are not animals to devour one another but divine instruments given to creativity and celebration.
I refuse to be assimilated into a culture that respects things more than human life It is less than human and selfish. I pray for the suffering and pain of the families in the time of their lost.

We use violence to make other cultures conform to our self interest.

Violence and the quest for global sentience

There are two kinds of people who inhabit the earth. There are people who operate in a reality that reflects the products of self interest, material, and intellectual fabrication; and there are people who from the intimate caverns of their heart, operate in a reality of freedom and love for all life. There are no people who sit in the middle of this division of operation.

Both peoples are vexed by the inability to grow beyond the present violent reality within the world they inhabit. Both groups have not been able to claim the sentient intellect of a civilized global community. Each of these groups would strive to be “better” or more civilized as a people; however both still employ systems of violence to exist as a community.

The first group makes no pretense in their desire to control and dominate the reality they inhabit. The world they understand to be real is for their manipulation and use. All existence belongs to those who show the power, ability and desire to exploit everything in that reality. Anything that does not exist within the material reality is not worth their interest. Violence is a necessary tool to be used by those who need to control others that are contrary to their interest.

The other group recognizes that violence to life forms is an error in judgment, however the quality of life that they are accustomed to is Supported by the violent actions of first group. They face a seemly unanswerable quandary. To reject the actions of the first group is to cause issues and problems to arise in their own group.

Thus the simple solution has been to avoid any communication at this level with anyone but those who agree and understand these concerns.The time for silence has ended. These two groups of potential sentient life on this planet must communicate and remove the use of violence From human community.

The issue of reconciliation and non violence within the teachings of Jesus Christ versus the popular use of violence in the American cultural milieu will be explored and examined along with its connections to the institutional Christian faith community.

The use of violence will be contrasted to the contemporary development of the Christian traditions and our attempt to use violence as a redemptive process within the Christian faith.

There has never been a time in the history of America where we did not consider the use of violence to meet our national interest. We have always been a violent nation. It is part of our make up as a society to use violence. We just want somebody else to do the deed for us. We allow violence to be a part of our reality because it selves our interest!!
