We must stop this suffering and pain. Until we make peace a priority the horror will continue!!!

The Face of Terror in the Middle East

The growth of violence and conflict demands we address the issue of peace on earth  and a end to the use of violence to solve problems over land and wealth.

The violence in our society continues..........consider  the Washington shootings!

We need to consider the implications of these shootings and our collective reliance on violence to solve problems in our society. we cannot dismiss the actions of these young people as abnormal when we agree to use violence as a way of solving social problems. These events will continue to escalate in our society until we make creating peace a main priority.

MARYSVILLE, Wash. — Gia Soriano, 14, died Sunday night, becoming the second victim of a shooting at a Seattle-area high school after a popular student opened fire on his classmates before taking his own life.
Gia was one of four critically injured teens taken to a local hospital Friday after high school freshman Jaylen Fryberg opened fire inside the cafeteria of Marysville-Pilchuck High School, killing one girl and injuring four others before dying of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
"We are devastated by this senseless tragedy. Gia is our beautiful daughter and words cannot express how much we will miss her," Gia's family said in a statement.
Shaylee Chuckulnaskit remains in critical condition, according to Joanne Roberts of the Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
Of the wounded students, only 14-year-old Nate Hatch showed improvement though he remains in serious condition in intensive care at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Andrew Fryberg, 15, is in critical condition in intensive care.

We must find our way back to a peaceful and productive existence in this culture.
Please note how the Religious community is silent on these events. Since the Religious traditions in this and many other cultures support violence then there can be no response to this kind of suffering

We must change and redirect our concerns to creating peace in this nation and around the World.

We must find a better way to solve these issues or the world will be lost to violence!!!

Terrorism begins with the experiences of Trauma and Violence among the Children .
We must teach peacemaking to the next generation. If the children experience violence then they grow up to will think Violence is the answer to their problems!

We must learn how to be peacemakers for the next generation or the forces of violence will continue to win over their lives to direct them to future violence.

Death of another Black Teen sparks Riots in St Louis Mo

Michael Brown murdered in Saint Louis Mo sparks outrage in the African american community.
The issue remains the same . There is no justice for the poor.

The people who want peace in this world must gather the strength and resolve to resist the use of violence in this society to solve conflict. Until peacemakers unite and stand firm against the violence in this world ,those with power will continue to harm the weak and defenseless.!

It does not matter if the conflict is in the GARZA STRIP or in St. Louis Missouri
The pain is the same!

PRAY FOR A END TO THE USE OF VIOLENCE NOW!!

The present reality is clear! We are in a time when the thought of peace and a end to poverty is not the view of the majority of the people in this society!
Consider The Palestine war, immigration on our borders, and the issue of poor people in Detroit Michigan not having running water! We have loss our will to be compassionate! We must regain our spiritual footing if we are to see a end to this insanity! Palestinian children are being killed, children are being turned away back into violence from our borders and children's water are being turned off in this Christian nation.

Consider an airline full of passengers being shot down and we shrug our shoulders as if its just another day.
Let us consider the teachings of all the religious text and compare them to our collective actions in this society and around the world.
We continue to wonder why violence is so much a part of our world when we use violence each day to live in this society. Violence will not end in our cities until we stop the acceptance of the use of violence,  poverty  and suffering through our religious communities around the world.
In this blog I have attempted to address the escalation of violence and its acceptance  by mainstream culture. Through the years we have together watched the growth of this violence and the rapid decline of any sensitivity regarding the use of violence. Now I fear we are in a spiral of declining empathy regarding the suffering we see throughout the world. As we become desensitized to this growing violence we are losing our ability to respond to its overwhelming effect on our spiritual life. The spiritual self is losing ground to the individual obsession, to live in an technological fantasy world that induces apathetic self- absorption and hedonistic self serving behaviors. As we decline further into this virtual world, more violence will be required to maintain the illusions of normalcy. Look through this blog and notice the graduation of the use of violence since its creation. In just this brief time of this blog we can measure the expanded use of violence in the name of God, or right, or might, or just preference. We are facing the continued escalation of violence unless we become PEACE MAKERS! NOW! The alternative is obvious!

The violence will increase until the nation takes a hard look at the entire culture of violent reprisal seriously.
We must recognize the error of supporting a violent social milieu.
The recent activity of the Isis community and the worlds response  can also be connected to this same mentality.

Nothing will change in this world until we learn how to end armed struggle and conflict.
We will continue to experience these events until the spiritual and mental  perspective of the society is Changed. We must learn how to use our spirit and mental ability to resolve conflicts.
This will not change anything in the Mideast!

We must find a different path to justice!
Guns and Drones will not solve anything.

We must consider this video on mass weapons and the implications it raises about humanities role in the violence within the world!
